    • Fraudulent transactions or payment disputes

    • Shipping restrictions to certain locations

4. Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 7 days.

  • For heavy or oversized items, additional shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, and displayed on the product page.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns due to the personal and party-related nature of our products.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
